2023 Tournament Managers Meeting

This In-person meeting is being held Wednesday, May 24 at 5:30 p.m. at the Rancho Penasquitos fields at. Canyonside Park, 12350 Black Mountain Rd., San Diego, CA 92129.

ALL managers of post season teams MUST be in attendance.  If your manager cannot make the meeting, you must email me with a reasonable reason for my approval at llapage@san.rr.com.

Every year we have someone go “for” the manager and those managers mess up with the rules, playing the “I didn’t know” card.  Which is why we REQUIRE the actual manager to attend.

If your TOC manager hasn’t been decided by May 24, you MUST send all the managers eligible.  For TOC, if your manager didn’t show up, without a previous approval from me, they won’t be allowed to manage their first TOC game.

Plan to bring a chair, we will meet on the grass area near the snack bar at Field 2.  We will plan to start at 5:30, so try to get there earlier to sign in and receive paperwork. Tournament schedules will be distributed at the end of the meeting.
